Real Deals: Fort Worth part of Stream Realty’s latest management expansion

Fort Worth Business Press obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Fort Worth part of Stream Realty’s latest management expansion

Stream Realty Partners LP has gained 4 million square feet in Fort Worth-Dallas property management assignments, including 110,000 square feet in Fort Worth’s medical district.

The real estate development and investment firm, with North Texas offices in Dallas, secured the three-building Klabzuba portfolio in Fort Worth.

Also part of the firm’s latest expansion in the third-party property management sector are One Main Place, a 33-story, 1,000,000-square-foot office and retail building in downtown Dallas; 134,000 square feet of office and executive space owned by DRA Advisors at 5050 Quorum Drive in North Dallas; Lakeside Trade Tower, a 1.8 million square foot, four-industrial building complex in Flower Mound owned by Clarion Partners; Pinnacle Tower, a 546,015-square-foot office building in North Dallas currently undergoing renovations;121 Corporate Center in Coppell, for which Stream will serve as exclusive leasing and management company for the 125,103-square-foot office center; and 347,015 square feet of industrial space in Grand Prairie;

Hurst apartment property bought by Dallas investment group

The Gables of Notting Hill has been sold, with a Dallas-based investment group snapping up the 175-unit apartment community at 601 Brown Trail in Hurst.

Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Houston-based private investment firm. The buyer also was secured by Silva and Braly.

The new owners plan unspecified renovations for the 27-building property.
