IN LAS COLINAS SOLD
HFF and Leon Capital Group on April 3 announced the sale of the newly built Shops at MacArthur Hills, a 75,387-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Whole Foods in Las Colinas.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Leon Capital Group. Clarion Partners LLC purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt for an undisclosed price.
Shops at MacArthur Hills is 100 percent leased to a mix of restaurants and services as well as Whole Foods, which is the first specialty grocer in Las Colinas and the only one within an 11-mile radius. The three-building center’s tenants include Zoës Kitchen, Fidelity Investments, Sleep Number, The Joint, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Sprint, Modern Market, Pure Barre and Ideal Dental. Situated on 10 acres at the intersection of North MacArthur Boulevard and President George Bush Turnpike in Irving, Shops at MacArthur Hills is in the 12,000-acre Las Colinas upscale master-planned community. The center is located at an infill corner with combined traffic counts of 165,000 vehicles per day and more than 17,000 surrounding daytime employees. More than 72,500 residents earning an average annual household income of $104,049 live within a three-mile radius of the property.

Americo Real Estate sold its 43,846-square-foot building at 1713 S. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie to Innovative Machine and Laser LLC. Michael Spain and Clint Manning with Bradford Commercial Realty Corp. represented the seller, Americo Real Estate. Luke Davis and Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.

Lap Van Duong/Charlie Viet Vo has leased 5,341 square feet of retail space at 213 N. Highway 67 in Cedar Hill. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
Hiek Kim Phou has leased 1,250 square feet of retail space at 205 S. Main St. in Red Oak. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.
Pin Events LLC has leased 530 square feet of retail space at 304-310 W. Avenue F in Midlothian. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.
