Greatness Factory leases FW space, encourages tech success

The Greatness Factory 17 has leased 20,000 square feet at 210 South Freeway in Fort Worth from M2G Ventures.

“GF17 is excited to introduce a new era of tech campuses in Fort Worth,” said Cameron Sadler, a founder of the tech startup resource, commenting in a news release.

“Our initial goal is to provide a ground floor entrance for people to enter the tech industry,” said Sadler. He said that GF17 members compete to reach level 17, the launch of a tech campus project.

Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures is a commercial real estate investment and consulting group.


The Vitorino Group has arranged the sale of an El Pollo Loco ground lease in Fort Worth. Located along Interstate 35 in front of a Costco, the restaurant is an outparcel of Presidio Towne Crossing, a 1 million-square-foot, mixed-use development. A Connecticut-based institution was the seller, and a Dallas-based partnership was the buyer.



The Offices at Forest Hills has been sold to RAB Properties, a California-based 1031 Exchange investor.

The class A, two-building project in north Arlington offers single-story structures at 2001 and 2005 Northeast Green Oaks Blvd. The properties total 31,960 square feet and were 93 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Joe Hamilton and Theron Bryant of Arlington-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW’s Fort Worth office represented the local seller, WCII-1 LLC. Negotiating for the buyer was Sam Owen of OGH Real Estate LLC, who will oversee leasing and management for the property.

The smaller building is fully leased to Lima USA and will serve as its corporate headquarters. Lima USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Italy-based Lima Corporate S.p.a. and manufactures and distributes shoulder, knee and hip products to surgeons. The larger building houses Insala Ltd., Endeavor Wall Homes, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Commission and PSM, a property management company.

RAB Properties owns seven other office properties in Dallas-Fort Worth.


4D Circle has purchased a combined 17,850 square feet of properties at 1502 and 1518 E. Lancaster Ave. in Fort Worth from Paulos Properties. Northern Realty Group represented the buyer.


Agbitech LLC has leased 67,355 square feet of industrial space from CentrePort Industrial Phase I LLC at 14401 Sovereign Road in Fort Worth. Mark Collins and Shannon Johnston of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

GE Transportation has leased 16,573 square feet at Hillwood Commons I, 9800 Hillwood Parkway in Fort Worth. Steve Aldrich, Bill Burton and Reid Goetz of Hillwood-Alliance Texas represented the landlord.

Orange Theory Fitness has leased 3,450 square feet at Cityview Physicians Center, 5701 Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth. James Blake and Jeff Watson of SVN Commercial Realty-Trinity Advisors represented the landlord.

B Kids has leased 2,112 square feet at The Village at Camp Bowie, 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. Shawn Fullam and Chris Thomas of Lincoln Property Co.-Dallas represented the landlord.

Painted Tree Vintage Market has leased 37,141 square feet at 7800 Boulevard 26 Highway in North Richland Hills. Richard Webb of Emersons Commercial Management represented the landlord.
