Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Henderson Medical Building sold

The Henderson Medical Building & Surgery Center in Fort Worth has been sold to an unnamed buyer. The 2,440-bed property is located at 410-426 S. Henderson St. Cody Payne and Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The property includes a CVS Pharmacy and medical office space.

Forest Central I, a 54,845-square-foot Dallas office building at 11520 North Central Expressway, has been sold to a limited liability company. Ron Hebert of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer also was procured by Hebert. At the time of listing, about 60 tenants occupied the property.

LEASES

Cooper Jensen Contractors has leased 2,500 square feet at 213-227 N. Rupert St. in Fort Worth. Blake Lloyd of CBRE-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Baja Cantina has leased 3,600 square feet at Precinct Village, 8245 Precinct Line Road in North Richland Hills. David Zoller of The Weitzman Group-DFW represented the landlord.

Duffer Law Firm has leased 2,961 square feet at Skymark Tower, 1521 N. Cooper St. in Arlington. Derek Alexander of Hartman Income REIT represented the landlord.

Dance Enterprises has leased 55,000 square feet at 721 111th St. in Arlington. Michael Stanzel and Patrick Embry of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.

American Water Damage has leased 10,130 square feet at 2905 Avenue E in Arlington. Jim Ferris and Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-GSW Office represented the landlord.

Alpha Furniture has leased 71,940 square feet at 1111-1115 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington. Don Conlon of Gillis Thomas Co. represented the landlord.
