Henry Schein expanding in Southlake
Henry Schein Inc. has expanded its footprint at Heritage Business Park in Southlake, becoming the first tenant in a new building.
The Fortune 500 health-care products and services company signed a long-term lease for 17,888 square feet in a 134,160-square-foot warehouse at 1080 S. Kimball Ave. A longtime Heritage tenant, it plans to relocate an existing division from Heritage Business Park 2, where it leases 241,000 square feet, to the new building, one of two that former owner KTR Capital Partners completed last summer.
“Schein felt it was more efficient to operate the division separately, but we couldn’t carve out any space of this size in its existing building,” said Michael W. Spain of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, commenting in a news release.

WESTPARK CENTRE IN EULESS
SOLD TO ATLANTA FUND
Westpark Centre, a 75,679-square-foot property in Euless, has been sold by SkyWalker Property Partners to an Atlanta-based fund targeting government-leased properties.
The transaction marks the fund’s first acquisition in North Texas and second in the state.
General Services Administration occupies 52 percent, or 39,506 square feet, of the three-story office building at 150 Westpark Way. Shane Benner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW sourced the buyer, RP CBP Euless LLC, and was the sole broker for the all-cash transaction.

Villa Monterrey LLC has purchased a 1.5-acre medical-office pad site at 2918 Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC represented the seller. Villa Monterrey plans to develop medical and office buildings at the site.
