Fat Gandalf Inc. Toys & Collectables, a store specializing in pop culture collectables and consumer toys intended for both collectors and children, has leased 2,142 square feet of retail space in Arbrook Oaks, a regional-draw retail center at 3808-3810 S. Cooper St. in Arlington, for its first brick-and-mortar location. Michael Sweet and Kevin Butkus with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive project leasing agents for the center. FatGandalf Inc. was formed as an online store to create a market for hard to find toys and collectables. The store offers toys and collectables including action figures, Funko POP, Disney, Marvel and more.

Gartner Inc. signed a 54,920 square feet lease expansion in Las Colinas Connection 1 at 6031 Connection Drive in Irving. Randy Cooper, Matt Heidelbaugh, Amber Roberts, Lou D’Avanzo and Andy May of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Sarah Hinkley of Thirty-Four Commercial and Joel Pustmueller of JLL represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

Informa Exhibitions U.S. signed a 23,354 square feet lease in Urban Towers at 222 W. Las Colinas in Irving. Billy Gannon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. John Fancher and Matt Schendle, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Parallel Capital Partners.

Worksuites signed a 19,236 square feet lease in Southlake Town Square at 1560 E. Southlake Blvd. John Pelletier with esrp represented the tenant. Ward Eastman and Christy Thelen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, RPAI Southwest Management.

CH Robinson signed an 8,614 square feet lease in Kimbell Park at 2106 E. State Highway 114 in Southlake. Travis Boothe and Jordan Decker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, MDP Kimball Park Office LLC, was self-represented.

Astura Medical acquired Commerce Park, a 68,981 square feet office complex located at 4929 and 4949 Royal Lane in Irving. Adam Curran of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. Ben Sumner and Keith Fischer of Centurion Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Charter Holdings.

Circelli, Walter & Young, PLLC renewed a lease of 2,886 square feet at Tindall Square, Fort Worth, 76102. Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Ellison Office Partners. Bill Tinsely with Ellis Tinsley represented the tenant.

Foster & Foster Consulting Actuaries has leased 2,358 square feet at Mercantile II, Coppell, 75019. Jake Neal and Marshall Mays with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cheda Trust.

Matt Carthey and Geoff Shelton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented F&R Distilling Co. with the sale of 901 West Vickery Blvd., Fort Worth 76107 to M2G Ventures LLC.
