Reggis Liquor and Old School Texas Bar and Dance Hall have leased space at Town & Country Village in west Fort Worth.
The liquor retailer and dance hall leased 3,648 square feet and 7,918 square feet, respectively, at 2514B and 2528 Jacksboro Highway. The businesses join existing tenants Thrift Town, Pancho’s Mexican Buffet and Fresenius Medical Care in the center.
Jeff Marek of Vision Commercial represented the lessor, JaGee Holdings LLP, with the lessees representing themselves.

OPENS IN GRAND PRAIRIE
Country Inns & Suites by Carlson has opened a 135-room Grand Prairie location at 2050 N. Texas Highway 360.
“We are pleased with the brand’s continued expansion, especially in Texas,” said Jeffrey Freund, senior vice president of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, commenting in a news release.
“The hotel’s close proximity to exciting area attractions, as well as downtown Dallas-Fort Worth corporations, makes it a good choice for both families and business travelers,” Freund said.
The hotel is near Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor Water Park and other recreational attractions. It also offers meeting space to accommodate up to 30 people for small business meetings and social events.

A 30-acre, single-family development in McKinney has been sold to an unnamed buyer. The development is located at 5401 Collin McKinney Parkway, about one block north of State Highway 121 and two miles west of U.S. Highway 75. The site plan has been approved for 131 lots, according to Drew Kile, director of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
Hunt Southwest Real Estate Development has acquired a 17-acre site in Riverbend West Business Park in northeast Fort Worth for a planned 302,000-square-foot spec warehouse and distribution facility. Construction at the location, 2101 Reeves Place, is expected to begin in March and finish this fall. Leasing the property are Holt Lunsford Commercial representatives Donnie Rohde, Chance Olin and George Jennings.
An obstetrician-gynecologist’s office has been sold at 3912 N. Tarrant Parkway, Suite 204, in Fort Worth’s Alliance area. Barrett England of Vision Commercial represented the buyer, Dr. Snell-Hargrove.
Tarrant Meed LLC – Series G has purchased a 2,300-square-foot building at 992 Winscott Road in Benbrook from MMLE Holdings LLC for new offices.
