Newly built Presidio Retail Center is bought
A local partnership has acquired the newly constructed Presidio Retail Center, an outparcel of Presidio Junction, a 1 million-square-foot, mixed-use development west of Interstate 35-W near Presidio Vista Drive in north Fort Worth. The buyer’s name was not disclosed. Vitorino Group negotiated the sale.
3 HOMEBUILDERS ANNOUNCED
FOR FORNEY DEVELOPMENT
David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes and Horizon Homes have been chosen as homebuilders for Gateway Parks, a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Forney east of Dallas.
The builders will kick off the first phase with 439 homes, priced from the mid $200s. All three firms are building on 50-foot and 60-foot lot sizes.
“We’ve brought in a slate of quality builders at an affordable price point that buyers want,” said Alan Bain, vice president-real estate development with project developer Gateway Holdings LP, commenting in a news release.
The first models will be open in early 2017.

FM Acquisitions has purchased the former AIMS Academy building from Global Signal Acquisitions IV LLC. The property, at 3863 Southwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth, is set to be replaced by a new 175,000-square-foot facility. Lee M. Owen and Nathan Vasseur of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.
Mesch McBride has acquired the 600 Texas Street building in downtown Fort Worth. Hatfield Properties LP represented the buyer of the 12,240-square-foot property.
Hatfield Properties LP has purchased 3.35 acres at 8747 Harmon Road in Fort Worth.
H&A Brothers LP has purchased a 58,989-square-foot building at 1501 Luna Road in Carrollton from Nu Vista Series 1D LLC. Lee & Associates LP represented the seller and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.

CHC Development has leased 2,122 square feet on the first floor of the 916 Bryan Avenue building in Fort Worth from SUP 916 Bryan LLC. Hatfield Properties LP represented the owner in leasing the remaining first-floor space of 2,093 square feet to Enjoy Technologies Inc.
Harris Kocher Engineering Group Inc. has leased 2,267 square feet of office space at 101 Summit Ave. in Fort Worth. Hatfield Properties LP represented the tenant.
459 S. Jennings LLC has purchased the 459-463 S. Jennings Ave. building in Fort Worth. Hatfield Properties LP represented the buyer.
