Real Deals: Northern Realty Group adds property management division

Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Northern Realty Group LLC has launched a new property management division to oversee all aspects of residential investment property owners’ portfolios.

From marketing and maintenance to financial reporting and repair requests, the division will cover the gamut, according to the Fort Worth-based real estate firm.

“Northern Realty Group’s expansion into property management is an exciting growth period for the company,” said Rebecca Robinson, a Realtor and property management veteran hired to lead the new division.

“The property management team is proud to be a beneficial resource for our property owners and residents, facilitating the leasing process with ease from start to finish,” Robinson said in a news release.

The firm decided to enter residential property management to diversify its real estate service offerings, officials said. Will Northern, broker and owner of the firm, hired Robinson, who has six years of real estate industry experience and is a certified urban expert, Texas certified leasing specialist and certified negotiating expert.

Fort Worth Business recently named the firm winner of its 2015 Best Places to Work, Boutique category. Started in 2010 by Fort Worth native Will Northern, the firm provides residential and commercial buyer and seller representation, as well as residential property management services.
