NorthStar Energy moving to Arlington’s Copeland Tower
NorthStar Energy Services Inc. has leased an entire floor in North Arlington’s Copeland Tower. The firm will relocate July 1 from Grand Prairie.
Houston-based NorthStar, a Quanta Services Co., is the largest of three new tenants to sign direct deals for office space at the 12-story tower at 1250 E. Copeland Road. The firm’s 10,858-square-foot space is on the sixth floor.
Also on July 1 two more tenants will move to Copeland Tower. Lake of Dallas Inc., a structural engineering firm, leasing 1,458 square feet and Los Angeles-based Apartment Service Management Co. Inc., leased 1,534 square feet.
Representing the Houston-based landlord, Aque Investment Group, were Richmond Collinsworth, Erik Blais and Clint Manning of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. The 126,602-square-foot office tower, near AT&T Stadium, is 90 percent leased, up from 76 percent since Bradford’s brokers took over the assignment in January.
NorthStar’s corporate officers finalized the long-term lease within four weeks of observing views from the building’s only available full floor.
“It was a quick turnaround because the company is rapidly expanding and needed to be up and running quickly,” said Collinsworth in a news release.

Silver Creek Estates has been sold to Delta 5 Partners LLC, an investment buyer. The 36-unit multifamily-duplex project is located at 817 Keli Court in Azle. Russ Webb of Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the seller.
Gridiron Row Ltd. has sold a 4,398-square-foot, two-story office building in Governor’s Row, 2015 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington to JBB Associates LLC. Beaux Riley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Animal Eye Clinic has leased 3,836 square feet of medical office space in Vickery Centre, 5750 Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth, from FCMG Real Estate LLC.
