In partnership with a local multifamily investment group, the private real estate investment firm purchased the 272-unit River Ranch Apartments in southwest Fort Worth.

Meanwhile, its Richardson-Carrollton portfolio comprises several Class B office-warehouse facilities totaling about 700,000 square feet. The buildings are leased to local, regional and national tenants.

Panther has acquired 16 properties since 2010. It makes direct acquisitions and invests in third-party real estate joint ventures.

The firm was founded by Tommy Pigg, Doug Kincaid and Ben Loughry and was later joined by Traci Kane.
