Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Panther FW Investments expands local portfolio

Panther FW Investments LLC has completed its purchase of a Fort Worth apartment complex as well as an industrial portfolio in Richardson and Carrollton.

In partnership with a local multifamily investment group, the private real estate investment firm purchased the 272-unit River Ranch Apartments in southwest Fort Worth.

River Ranch is located at 5100 River Valley Blvd., adjacent to Hulen Mall. Panther plans to increase rental revenue through extensive interior and exterior upgrades, according to a news release.

Meanwhile, its Richardson-Carrollton portfolio comprises several Class B office-warehouse facilities totaling about 700,000 square feet. The buildings are leased to local, regional and national tenants.

Panther has acquired 16 properties since 2010. It makes direct acquisitions and invests in third-party real estate joint ventures.

The firm was founded by Tommy Pigg, Doug Kincaid and Ben Loughry and was later joined by Traci Kane.

FOR RIDGLEA SQUARE COMPLEX

The Greysteel team of Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and John Marshall Doss will serve as adviser and agent for the sale of Ridglea Square Apartments in Fort Worth.

Owners of the 54-unit apartment complex have spent more than $400,000 in interior renovations, including new kitchen countertops, white appliances and brushed nickel hardware.

Greysteel is a commercial real estate and capital markets services firm with offices in Fort Worth and Dallas, among other cities.

A 7,800-square-foot office-warehouse building on about 1.5 acres at 15578 Texas 114 in Justin has been sold to 15578 SH 114 LLC. Russ Webb of Silver Oak Commercial Realty in Southlake represented the seller, Pocohontas Properties LLC.

GGJR Enterprises has sold a 41,772-square-foot industrial building at 5600 Midway Road in Haltom City to Winkleman & Winkleman Real Estate Partners. Jeff Givens and Todd Hawpe of Transwestern represented the buyer.

Golden Chick restaurant at 3121 Regency Lane in Denison has been sold. Jason Vitorino and James Mangum of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office represented the seller.

Brannon Oil and Gas has sold a 6,040-square-foot office building at 4330 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth to GBBH Vickery LLC. Grant Huff of Transwestern represented the seller.

Seadance Inc. has sold 6,000 square feet of retail space at 907 Houston St. in Fort Worth to Windemere Ventures LLC. Jack Huff, Kyle Poulson and Grant Huff of Transwestern represented the seller.
