Pax & Parker breaks ground at WestBend

Groundbreaking for Pax & Parker was held in early October as planners welcomed the next addition to Fort Worth’s WestBend development

The upscale men’s and women’s clothing store, owned by Texas Christian University graduates Winston Ley and Alari Paxson, is expected to open by Thanksgiving at 1621 River Run.

PRIM Construction LLC of Fort Worth is completing the finish-out for the 1,300-square-foot space, with Bart Shaw serving as architect. WestBend, a Trademark Property Co. development along South University Drive just north of the Fort Worth Zoo, features restaurant and retail space, as well as 57,650 square feet of Class A office space.

A.R. Dillard Inc. has purchased a 45,145-square-foot office building in Centreport Business Park, 15001 FAA Blvd. in Fort Worth. J. Searcy of Tailwind Real Estate Equities LLC represented the buyer, A.R. Dillard Inc. Jamie Jennings and James Mantzuranis of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, 15001/Centreport LP.

Kimball Lakes LLC has purchased 43,560 square feet of commercial property at 1360 N. Kimball Ave. in Southlake. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC represented the buyer. Kimball Lakes plans to develop the property into a medical office building.
