Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Pax & Parker breaks ground at WestBend

Groundbreaking for Pax & Parker was held in early October as planners welcomed the next addition to Fort Worth’s WestBend development

The upscale men’s and women’s clothing store, owned by Texas Christian University graduates Winston Ley and Alari Paxson, is expected to open by Thanksgiving at 1621 River Run.

PRIM Construction LLC of Fort Worth is completing the finish-out for the 1,300-square-foot space, with Bart Shaw serving as architect. WestBend, a Trademark Property Co. development along South University Drive just north of the Fort Worth Zoo, features restaurant and retail space, as well as 57,650 square feet of Class A office space.

SALES

A.R. Dillard Inc. has purchased a 45,145-square-foot office building in Centreport Business Park, 15001 FAA Blvd. in Fort Worth. J. Searcy of Tailwind Real Estate Equities LLC represented the buyer, A.R. Dillard Inc. Jamie Jennings and James Mantzuranis of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, 15001/Centreport LP.

Kimball Lakes LLC has purchased 43,560 square feet of commercial property at 1360 N. Kimball Ave. in Southlake. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC represented the buyer. Kimball Lakes plans to develop the property into a medical office building.

Lockton Inc. has leased 3,756 square feet at 777 Main St. in Fort Worth. Whit Kelly of Transwestern-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Ken Davis Finance has leased 3,439 square feet at 777 Main St. in Fort Worth. Whit Kelly of Transwestern-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Elixir Kitchen Space has leased 1,500 square feet at Beach Street Business Park, 3645-3789 N. Beach St. in Fort Worth. Dick Ford of Dick Ford Co. represented the landlord

Harris Manufacturing has leased 15,455 square feet at 671 S. Wisteria Blvd. in Mansfield. Jordan Foster, Austin Goode and Jim Maibach of Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord.

Oticon has leased 1,700 square feet at Regency Office Park, 99 Regency Parkway in Mansfield. Brian Tally and Jim Tally of Newport Properties represented the landlord.

Dallas Warehouse Co has leased 118,000 square feet at Arlington Business Center I, 4001 New York Ave. in Arlington. Drew Richardson of Primera Companies-Dallas/Ft. Worth represented the landlord.

Electronic Center has leased 6,000 square feet at 7501 Highway 287 in Arlington. Jordan Foster, Austin Goode, B.J. Hall and Jim Maibach of Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord
