The project, being developed by KDC, will have the $32 billion oil and gas company as the sole lessee. Completion is expected in the winter of 2019.
SALE
Riverside Retail Strip in Irving has been sold. The 14,030 square-foot property was built in 2016 and was 100 percent occupied with a complementary mix of tenants at the time of sale. Jason Vitorino of Dallas-based STRIVE had the exclusive right to sell the asset on behalf of the seller, a local developer based in Dallas. Coopering with a local agent, the buyer was in a 1031-exchange and financed the property with a local bank. Additional terms of the sale were not released.
