SALES

A 15,000-square-foot medical building at 3024 Highway 121 in Bedford has been sold. Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Cos. represented the seller, and Lily Chang, also of Henry S. Miller, represented the buyer.

Mark Chambers has sold 8,624 square feet of space at 451 and 465 South Main St. in Fort Worth. Rory Maguire with C.H.C Development represented the buyer, 451 South Main LLC. Thomas Grafton and Matt Carthey of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the seller.

LEASES

Seltzer & Dally PLLC has leased 3,166 square feet at Quorum West in Fort Worth. David Cason and Jake Neal of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hickman Investments LTD. Jason Harrel of Transwestern represented the tenant.

Keaton Duhon of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, 303 Associates, in the following leases at 3201 Pioneer Parkway in Arlington:

Grupo Central leased 2,000 square feet.

Hman Services leased 1,250 square feet.

Bin Signs & Printing leased 1,600 square feet.

Set in Stone Creations has leased 3,000 square feet at Riverbend Business Park in Fort Worth. Keaton Duhon and Jake Neal of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.

Keaton Duhon and Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented Riverbend Properties in the following leases at Riverbend Business Park in Fort Worth:

Pegasus Distribution leased 2,250 square feet.

Stults Electrical renewed its lease of 3,000 square feet.

JD Menczel Thermal Analysis renewed its lease of 1,000 square feet.

DHB Concrete renewed a lease of 5,000 square feet.
