Stream Realty Partners’ Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook represented the buyer. NAI Robert Lynn’s Michael Newsome and Todd Hubbard represented the seller, KLM Partners.

GNG Distributors LLC leased 10,138 square feet at 5535 Redbird Center Drive in Dallas. Andrew Gilbert, John Gorman and Canon Shoults of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Rialto Capital Management. Drew Feagin with Stream Realty represented the tenant.
Hayata LTD renewed a lease for 8,354 square feet at 2707 Realty Road in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert, Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners. Trace Fielding from Paladin Partners represented the tenant.
