Alliance For Children has purchased a 37,939-square-foot building on 2.5 acres at 3600 Benbrook Highway in Fort Worth from Cendera Funding Inc. The site was previously Cendera Center. Michael Berkowitz of Colonial Commercial Real Estate represented Cendera and Dick Myers with Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented Alliance For Children.

Alliance For Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services and community education.

Cobble Hill, a 136-unit apartment property built in 1983 and located at 6050 Oakland Hills Drive in Fort Worth, has been sold, according to Mark McCoy, sales manager of the Fort Worth office of Marcus & Millichap. Al Silva, senior managing director for investments, marketed the property for the seller, a Dallas-based partnership. Silva also secured the buyer, a Texas private investment company. The property was offered as one of a three-property, 532-unit portfolio with the other two assets being located in Arlington. The new owners plan major capital improvements to the exteriors, common area amenities and unit interiors.

LEASES

Covenant Group of Texas renewed a lease of 14,751 square feet and expanded its space with an additional 3,274 square feet at Burnett Plaza in downtown Fort Worth. David Cason of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Jack Clark of Red Oak Realty represented the owner.

Tarrant County renewed a lease of 13,000 square feet at Riverbend Business Park in Fort Worth. Keaton Duhon and Jake Neal of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.

Sommerville & Associates has renewed a long-term lease in the Affiliated Bank building, 3030 Matlock Road in Arlington. Renee Efimoff with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

Schrickel Rollins has relocated and signed a new long-term lease at 255 North Center St. in Arlington. Renee Efimoff with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Jim Sager with Transwestern represented the tenant.

Red Deer Ironworks has signed a lease for 23,108 square feet of industrial space at 6724 Corporation Parkway in Fort Worth. David de Carion and Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial facilitated the transaction.

LanCarte Commercial leased 12,428 square feet at Manana Industrial Park in Dallas. David de Carion and Sarah LanCarte facilitated the transactions.

LanCarte Commercial completed 14,449 square feet of industrial leases at Luke Business Park in Irving. David de Carion and Sarah LanCarte, facilitated the transactions.

Signs Up and Orion Technology Inc. have renewed 10,130 square feet and 5,160 square feet of flex space, respectively, in Trinity West Business Park A, 2550 114th St., Grand Prairie. Michael Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, OMO Investment Co., in the direct deals.

Christ Embassy Irving has renewed 9,738 square feet of flex space at 3248 Skyway Circle N. in Irving. Brian Pafford and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Las Colinas AAA Investment LLC. T-Wally Ojo of Two and Associates Realtors represented the tenant.

The Cutting Room Barber Salon has leased 1,677 square feet of retail space at 1306 May St. in Fort Worth from Magnolia May LLC. Shane Benner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Eric Vickers of Hatfield Advisors represented the landlord.

38 Wines LLC, dba Thirty-Eight & Vine, has leased 1,440 square feet of retail space in The Foundry District, 212 Carroll St. in Fort Worth, from FW 212 Carroll Investors LP.
