Colleyville space leased for salt treatment center A Colleyville resident has leased 2,000 square feet at Southlake Corners for a wellness enterprise known as The Salt Cave. When open on Aug. 15, the halotherapy, or salt therapy, center will offer what it calls healing techniques for adults and children suffering from allergies, eczema, stress, snoring, coughing and other maladies. Mansfield office building sold A 5,004-square-foot Mansfield office building has been sold to a developer whose name was not disclosed. Marketing the property at 1750 Broad Park Circle was Philip Levy, vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office. The property is fully occupied. Its tenants include Elite View Imaging LLC and the medical offices of Dr. Michael Polson. The building was constructed in 2008 and sits on a 0.56-acre tract. SALES Brookline Investment Group has purchased the 126-unit Manchester Park apartments at 2011 Lincoln Drive in Arlington from Landmark Apartment Trust.
