Leon Capital Group, a Dallas-based investment company with a focus on real estate, has sold two multifamily assets in Benbrook to Madera Residential: 168-unit Hillstone on the Trail and 166-unit Hillstone Trinity Oaks.

Leon Capital acquired both properties in June 2015 and invested in upgrades, including remodeled 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans with interior design features such as wood flooring, brushed nickel hardware, upgraded appliances and designer paint colors. A full exterior renovation of both properties was also completed. Both properties now feature stone façades, resort-style swimming pools and amenity areas.

American Defense Systems, a residential and commercial security provider, has leased 15,500 square feet on the second floor of The Rosemont building at 2701 Brown Trail in Bedford. The new location is expected to open in October. Roger Smeltzer of Vision Commercial represented the landlord, PCG. American Defense Systems was self-represented.
Sector 7 Petroleum has leased 8,100 square feet of distribution space at 756 Port America Place, Grapevine, from Stockbridge Port America LP. Brian Pafford and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.
LEC Management Inc. has leased 4,874 square feet of office flex space in Southpoint Plaza, 2115 E. Division St. in Arlington, from GNS Foods Inc. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Josh Meraz with Bradford represented the tenant.
