Taco Bueno Restaurants LP has signed two ground leases and opened restaurants in Fort Worth and Crossroads. The 2,800-square-foot Fort Worth restaurant opened in October in Presidio Towne Crossing, a Super Target-anchored shopping center at the northwest quadrant of Interstate 35W and North Tarrant Parkway. The 3,181-square-foot Crossroads restaurant opened in September at 11301 E. U.S. Highway 380 across the street from Walmart Supercenter.
Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn with Venture Commercial represented Taco Bueno in lease negotiations for both restaurants. Scott Rodgers with DuWest Realty LLC represented the landlord, Weber Vista LP, for the Presidio Towne Crossing deal. Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in the acquisition of a 2,248-square-foot building on a 0.5-acre pad site at 423 E. Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie. Daniel Herrold with Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, SCF RC Funding 1 LLC. Dunkin Donuts opened at the site in August.
Dunkin Donuts also signed a ground lease on a .5-acre pad site to build a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins restaurant at 5801 Office Park Drive in Arlington. Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in lease negotiations. Jake Milner with Davidson and Bogel Real Estate represented the landlord. The restaurant is expected to open next spring.
