SkyCam has leased 74,623 square feet at Parc North, Building 3, 2751 Northern Cross Blvd, in Fort Worth. Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners LP-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Source North America Corp. has leased 42,350 square feet at Prologis GSW 27, 399 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of Lee & Associates-Dallas represented the landlord.

Mastec has leased 20,194 square feet at Parc North, Building 1, 2600 E. Loop 820 in Fort Worth. Seth Koschak, Blake Kendrick and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners LP-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Texas Meter & Device Co LLC has leased 20,000 square feet at 901-941 Avenue N in Grand Prairie. Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-GSW represented the tenant. Michael Stanzel and Patrick Embry of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.

Formica Corp. has leased 13,872 square feet at Prologis GSW 6, 2501-2525 109th St. in Grand Prairie. Michael Spain and Clint Manning of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-GSW Office and Jacob Milligan of Prologis represented the landlord.

Allan Store Fixtures has leased 13,568 square feet at 2771 S. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. David Dunn and Dan Morris of SVN Commercial Realty-Dunn Commercial represented the landlord.

MOE has leased 8,175 square feet at Parc North, Building 2, 2601 Northern Cross Blvd, in Fort Worth. Mac D Morse of Citadel Partners represented the tenant. Seth Koschak, Blake Kendrick and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners LP-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Southwest Auto Accessories has leased 5,940 square feet at Aero Business Park, 2650-2670 Aero Dr. in Grand Prairie. William Ziegler of American Synergy Management represented the landlord.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage NRT has leased 4,980 square feet at Parkside Office Park, 3910 W. Interstate 20 in Arlington. Eric English of English Realty – Arlington represented the landlord.

Mokmas Autos has leased 3,212 square feet at Colorado Park, Building H, 1105 Colorado Lane in Arlington. William Ziegler of American Synergy Management represented the landlord.

McAnalley Services has leased 2,553 square feet at Copeland Tower, 1250 E. Copeland Road in Arlington. Erik Blais, Richmond Collinsworth and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

The Greater Works Network has leased 2,125 square feet at 7700 Camp Bowie Blvd. W. in Fort Worth. Monika Guzman of Structure Commercial represented the tenant. Scott Lowe of Vision Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Apartment Services Management Group has leased 1,999 square feet at Copeland Tower, 1250 E. Copeland Road in Arlington. Erik Blais, Richmond Collinsworth and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

New York Pizza and Pasta has leased 1,823 square feet at Old Main Street, 106-280 N. Main St. in Grapevine. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the tenant and the landlord.

Dian Clough West Dance has leased 1,800 square feet at Westcliff Center, 3511 S. Hills Ave. in Fort Worth. Scott Rodgers and William Bonner of DuWest Realty represented the landlord.

Mam’Zelle has leased 1,641 square feet at Westcliff Center, 3511 S. Hills Ave. in Fort Worth. Scott Rodgers and William Bonner of DuWest Realty represented the landlord.

Taco Bueno Restaurants LP has signed two ground leases and opened restaurants in Fort Worth and Crossroads. The 2,800-square-foot Fort Worth restaurant opened in October in Presidio Towne Crossing, a Super Target-anchored shopping center at the northwest quadrant of Interstate 35W and North Tarrant Parkway. The 3,181-square-foot Crossroads restaurant opened in September at 11301 E. U.S. Highway 380 across the street from Walmart Supercenter.

Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn with Venture Commercial represented Taco Bueno in lease negotiations for both restaurants. Scott Rodgers with DuWest Realty LLC represented the landlord, Weber Vista LP, for the Presidio Towne Crossing deal. Jimmy Stone with Leon Capital Group represented the Crossroads landlord, LG 380 Naylor Cross Roads LLC.

Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in the acquisition of a 2,248-square-foot building on a 0.5-acre pad site at 423 E. Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie. Daniel Herrold with Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, SCF RC Funding 1 LLC. Dunkin Donuts opened at the site in August.

Dunkin Donuts also signed a ground lease on a .5-acre pad site to build a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins restaurant at 5801 Office Park Drive in Arlington. Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in lease negotiations. Jake Milner with Davidson and Bogel Real Estate represented the landlord. The restaurant is expected to open next spring.

Foresters Financial leased 3,376 square feet in Mallick Tower at 101 Summit Ave. in Fort Worth. Jason Dodson and James Frank of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.

Broadridge Financial leased 33,600 square feet at 11000 N. 28th Ave. in Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Blake Anderson and David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Steve Trese of CBRE represented the landlord, Clarion Partners.
