Southlake Medical Center sold to medical fund
Southlake Medical Center, an 11,992-square-foot property at 300 South Nolen Drive in Southlake, has been sold to an out-of-state medical fund. Terms of the transaction were not released.
Ron Hebert and Wayne Bares with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. Bares also procured the buyer.
At the time of sale, the center was 100 percent occupied by three tenants: an ambulatory surgical center, a pain management group and a colorectal surgeon.
SONIC PROPERTY SOLD
IN WESTWORTH VILLAGE
A Westworth Village tract housing a Sonic drive-in restaurant has been sold to an unnamed buyer.
Jason Vitorino of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The 1,642-square-foot Sonic is at 6640 Westworth Blvd. At the time of listing, eight years remained on the original 15-year corporate-guaranteed ground lease.

GRAHAM RETAIL CENTER
A 6,000-square-foot retail center in the town of Graham, northwest of Fort Worth, has been sold to a private investor.
Jason Vitorino, Adam Gottschalk and Jared Aubrey with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Vitorino, Gottschalk and Aubrey also procured the buyer.
The Graham retail strip is located at 2115 State Highway 16. Built in 2008, it is situated on less than half an acre next to Walmart. At the time of listing, the center was 100 percent occupied by tenants Fastenal, Check ‘n Go and Verizon Wireless.

MTM Services, a granite countertop company, has purchased a 10,000-square-foot office-warehouse showroom at 2460 Highway 287 in Mansfield. Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach of Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the seller.
BOC Enterprise has purchased a 7,324-square-foot office-warehouse-flex space at 2214 FM 1187 in Mansfield. Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach of Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the seller.
RAA Investments Inc. has sold a 5,100-square-foot structure on nearly 0.3 acres at 4931 W. Lovers Lane in Dallas to MSM Trust. Leigh C. Richter and Paul Richter of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller in the direct deal.
