Southlake Town Square, where many national brands and retailers tend to open their initial locations in Tarrant County and sometimes North Texas, has three new tenants headed to the development.

Peloton, the in-home fitness and technology company, has committed to opening its first Tarrant County location in 2018 in Southlake Town Square. Founded in 2012, Peloton merged modern technology and fitness by providing access to live and on-demand fitness group classes led by elite New York City instructors.

Opening in the summer will be J. McLaughlin, the women’s and men’s boutique known for its decades of classic designs, ands Scout & Molly’s, a stylish women’s boutique.

On the food side, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, the Austin-based burger sensation known for its all-natural, hormone-free burgers, will also open in Southlake Town Square this summer. In Southlake, Hopdoddy will work alongside local brewers to pair craft beer and burgers. Hopdoddy has locations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Euless. The name alludes to handcrafted beer (“hop”) combined with the nickname for the native cow in Aberdeen, Scotland (“doddy”).
