Southwest Plaza in Arlington sold to Randal group
Southwest Plaza retail center has been sold, with Ravi Randal Investment Group LLC purchasing the 104,766-square-foot property at 4400 Little Road in Arlington for an undisclosed price.
Pierson Retail Advisors represented the seller, Bo Avery of SWP Enterprises LLC. Manuel Ramon of Green Earth Realty, which will lease and manage the center, represented the buyer.
Southwest Plaza is 97.9 percent occupied by tenants such as Office Depot, Ace Hardware, H&R Block, Cato Fashions and CiCi’s Pizza.
PHYSICIAN GROUP LEASES
HURST SURGICAL HOSPITAL
Physician Synergy Group has leased Mid-Cities Medical Center through a deal brokered through Lincoln Harris CSG, a Dallas-based health care development and management firm. The 58,000-square-foot medical facility is at 1612 Hurst Town Center Drive in Hurst. Brian Bacharach and Rhodes Baker of Lincoln Harris CSG represented the landlord, CNL Healthcare Properties, in the transaction.
The hospital will re-open in late spring 2016 as Saint Camillus Medical Center.
RESERVE AT VILLAGE CREEK
IN BURLESON IS SOLD
The Reserve at Village Creek apartment complex at 444 E. Renfro St. in Burleson has been sold to an unnamed buyer.
Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, arranged the sale.
“Burleson is quickly becoming a highly desirable community within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex due to its proximity to major job centers, excellent school system and low cost of living,” said Will Balthrope of Institutional Property Advisors in a news release.
Balthrope and colleagues Drew Kile and Rowan Burch represented the seller and procured the buyer for the 191-unit property.
COURTYARDS ON GLENVIEW
APARTMENT COMPLEX SOLD
Courtyards on Glenview in North Richland Hills has been sold to the EB Real Estate Group LLC. The 252,087-square-foot apartment community is located at 4401 Glenview Court.
The property was purchased from Courtyards on Glenview LP for an undisclosed price. Chris Deuillet and Nita Stewart of CBRE’s Dallas office represented the seller.
“This is a quality asset with additional upside potential,” said Deuillet, describing rising rents at the location and maximum “rental potential” not yet achieved.
SPORTHERAPY BUYS LAND
FOR SOUTHWEST FW CLINIC
SporTherapy Southwest PC has purchased land along Harris Parkway near Harris Southwest Hospital in Fort Worth to construct a 13,000-square-foot private practice, physical therapy clinic.
SporTherapy, making the purchase through SCMC Holdings LP–Steven and Cassie Lackey, bought the two-acre lot at 6501 Harris Parkway. The firm plans to use more than an acre of the site for a new SporTherapy facility and develop the rest with other medical services.
The firm’s current location at 6037 Harris Parkway will be converted into a pediatric therapy facility.
QuikTrip Corp. has purchased a half-acre site adjacent to its Rosedale-Hemphill streets location in Fort Worth to expand the site. Will Northern of Northern Realty Group represented the seller, with Melissa Huffman of the Omni Group Ltd. representing the buyer.
True Auto LLC plans to move its Fort Worth offices to 10,896 newly leased square feet at 801 W. Cannon St. Will Northern and Scott Blakewell of Northern Realty Group represented the landlord. Jeff Givens of Transwestern represented the tenant.
