The Shoppes at Camp Bowie sold
The Shoppes at Camp Bowie, 16,269-square-foot retail property in west Fort Worth, has been sold to an individual-personal trust.
Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Levy also secured the buyer.
The Shoppes at Camp Bowie, at 6370 Camp Bowie Blvd., is fully occupied. Tenants include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jimmy John’s, Zinga! Frozen Yogurt, Lemongrass Salon, Pie Five, Sumits Yoga and AT&T.
FW RETAIL BUILDING SOLD
A retail building at 5221 E. Lancaster Ave. has been sold to a Fort Worth investor. The 1,200-square-foot structure is located at the northeast corner of Lancaster and Wilson Road. Scott Lowe of Vision Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the tenant, with Oscar Reyes of Hi View Real Estate representing the buyer.

The Shops at Cheek Sparger, a 27,413-square-foot, multitenant retail property in Bedford, has been sold. Bill Jordan of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. Jordan also secured the buyer, a private investor. Shops at Cheek Sparger is located at 3700 Cheek Sparger Road. The project was developed in three phases and is 94 percent occupied.
