Fort Worth Business Press obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.
Waters Bonnell’s Coastal Cuisine is closing its location at 2901 Crockett St. in the West Seventh district and relocating to Sundance Square, the 35-block commercial, entertainment, dining and retail development in downtown Fort Worth.
“With our lease up in August on West 7th, I wanted to find a location with a lot of character and a great presence in the community,” Chef Jon Bonnell said in a news release.
The Sundance Square restaurant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017 at the corner of Main and Second streets in the space occupied by Mercury Chop House, which will close its doors in August.
Waters will occupy a 5,000-square-foot space after renovations including an updated infrastructure and architectural design. It will feature three points of entry: from Main, Second and Commerce streets. The interior is being designed by Hahnfeld, Hoffer, Stanford.
OFFICE TOWER IN EULESS SOLD
Burgundy Tower in Euless has been sold to a limited liability company. The 61,806-square-foot office property is located at 1001 W. Euless Blvd. Cody Payne of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a fund manager. Payne also secured the buyer.
The property, built in 1973 on a 2.97-acre lot, features 29 office suites and a two-story parking garage.
CASA AZUL APARTMENTS SOLD
Casa Azul, 16-unit apartment property at 902 N. Oak St. in Arlington, has been sold to an individual-personal trust. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Scott Ogilvie of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Fluellen, Hoover and Ogilvie procured the buyer.
HURST APARTMENT COMPLEX SOLD
Cavender Manor Townhomes, a 74-unit apartment property at 1233 Cavender Dr. in Hurst, has been sold to an individual-personal trust. Terms were not disclosed. Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Evan Burke of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Hoover and Burke procured the buyer.
