Real Deals: Weatherford apartment property changes hands

Fort Worth Business Press obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Weatherford apartment property changes hands

The Weatherford Fourplex portfolio, an eight-unit apartment complex, has been sold to a private investor by an unnamed individual-personal trust.

The property, at Sunburst Court and Lindas Creek Lane in Weatherford, consists of two multifamily structures , each featuring four units.

John Barker, Trey McGhin and Ron Hebert of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth and Dallas offices marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Barker and McGhin also secured the buyer.

Hermosa Holdings has purchased a 1,300-square-foot building at 800 W. Cherry Lane in Fort Worth from Kenney Boone. Stephanie Shaw of Rustic Star Realty represented the buyer, with John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. representing the seller.

Royal Christian Academy has purchased a 2,600-square-foot building at 10001-10005 Camp Bowie Blvd. West in Fort Worth from James and Glenda Ward. John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.

Williamson Properties has purchased 38,200 square feet at 8206 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth from James Fitzgerald. John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.

Anand Properties LLC has purchased 14,000 square feet at 3700-3705 Ryan Ave. in Fort Worth from Gauntt Electric Co. John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.

Lagniappe Pharmacy Serv LLC has leased 17,109 square feet at 2601 Scott Ave., Suite 100, in Fort Worth from WRA Investments LP. Swearingen Group represented the tenant, with John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. representing the landlord.

Dynamech Corp. has leased 3,600 square feet at 1012 Florence St. in Fort Worth from Queen Shiva LLC. John Casburn of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the landlord.

WorldPac Inc. has leased 21,000 square feet at 2100 Handley Ederville Road in Fort Worth. Jeff Givens of Transwestern-Dallas represented the landlord.

T-Mobile has leased 1,885 square feet at Katy Crossing, 5801 Golden Triangle Blvd. in Fort Worth. Michael Wilson and Amanda Throckmorton of Venture Commercial-DFW represented the landlord.
