Weatherford apartment property changes hands
The Weatherford Fourplex portfolio, an eight-unit apartment complex, has been sold to a private investor by an unnamed individual-personal trust.
The property, at Sunburst Court and Lindas Creek Lane in Weatherford, consists of two multifamily structures , each featuring four units.
John Barker, Trey McGhin and Ron Hebert of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth and Dallas offices marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Barker and McGhin also secured the buyer.
