Willbros claims full floor in downtown Fort Worth
Willbros T&D Services LLC has expanded its lease to 13,650 square feet in the Oncor building in downtown Fort Worth, inking a long-term lease for the balance of its floor in the Class B office building.
The deal provides 4,065 square feet of additional space on the 14th floor of the 16-story structure at 115 W. Seventh St. The expanded lease sees the office building reach 92 percent occupancy.
Casey Tounget and Theron Bryant of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the landlord, Benbrooke Electric Partners. Negotiating for the tenant, a Houston-based energy firm, were Joe Peddie and David Guion of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.
“I think Willbros shopped around a little bit,” Tounget said in a news release, “but the motivation to expand at the Oncor building is the value and competitive rate in the [Central Business District].”
Willbros has become the third energy firm to lease a floor or more in the building.

Ron Sturgeon Real Estate LP has purchased an 8,220-square-foot building as future home to a multi-unit salon. The property is located at 2617 Weisenberger St. in Fort Worth. Representing the buyer was Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc., with Panther Real Estate Solutions representing the seller, GT Graham Investments Inc.

Eagle Health Advisors LLC has leased 5,000 square feet at 7520 Benbrook Parkway in Benbrook for its new headquarters. The firm, currently located along U.S. 377 in Fort Worth, opens its new office on May 1. Clay Vaughn and Preston Lynn of CBRE represented Eagle Health in the lease. Chris L.
