Real Deals: Wingstop adds Fort Worth location

The Fort Worth Business Press obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm. New lease brings NFTZ Business Park to full occupancy DMJ Real Estate LLC has leased 21,000 square feet at NFTZ Business Park, bringing the Irving site to full occupancy. “It was a quick-moving deal that took occupancy to 100 percent and stabilized the property for the long term,” says Joe Santaularia, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. Representing the landlord, PS Business Parks LP, in the transaction were Santaularia and Brock Wilson, senior vice president and managing partner. Sammy Abuhamra of the Mercer Co. represented DMJ Real Estate, a holding company for a local pharmaceutical firm. The NFTZ distribution center encompasses 62,221 square feet. Clinching the deal were the immediate availability of distribution space requiring minimal tenant improvements as well as location, according to Bradford. The park operates between Interstate 635 and Texas 114 in the northern quadrant of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Sizable Southlake, Arlington, Bedford properties for sale, lease A medical office building, office park and banquet space are some features of three newly listed properties in Southlake, Arlington and Bedford. Among the properties listed by Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC is Stonebridge Office Park in Southlake. Located near Southlake Boulevard and North Davis Street, it spans about nine acres and includes eight individual build-ready office pad sites. Rolling Meadows apartments sold Rolling Meadows Patio Homes has sold, with a private investor snapping up the 100-unit Arlington apartment complex. The buyer also was represented by Barker. The property, at 3518 Wakefield Circle, offers three different three-bedroom and two-bathroom townhome floor plans ranging from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet. It was constructed in 1972 and sits on 9.94 acres. Wingstop spreads its wings in Fort Worth Wingstop has opened a new Fort Worth location, with the 2718 E. Berry St. store joining more than 680 stores worldwide. Operating the Fort Worth business are owners Steve and Bebee Milam.
