Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRE) announces Rhythm Band Instruments LLC, a musical instrument and percussion product company for music educators, has signed a 39,000-square-foot lease with Saginaw DC Industrial Park at 923 Cook Lane. Expanding its footprint in the Fort Worth area by more than 5,000 square feet, Rhythm Band Instruments will relocate into this new, Class A, freestanding building from its previous location at 2051 Franklin Drive. Transwestern Occupier Solutions experts Todd Hawpe and Jeff Givens provide tenant advisory services for Rhythm Band Instruments.
“The new building offers Rhythm Band Instruments the space it needs to expand its offering and services to the music education community,” said Hawpe. “We are thrilled this property will allow Rhythm Band Instruments the opportunity to continue delivering elementary music classroom products to teachers across the world.”
Rhythm Band Instruments had been subleasing space in the area for the past few years when Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions team was engaged to help the company find a permanent home.
