SkyCam has leased 74,623 square feet at Parc North Bldg 3, 2751 Northern Cross Blvd in Fort Worth. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners, LP – Fort Worth.

Source North America Corporation has leased 42,350 square feet at Prologis GSW 27, 399 N Great Southwest Pkwy in Arlington. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Mark Graybill, SIOR, CCIM and Colton Rhodes of Lee & Associates – Dallas.

Mastec has leased 20,194 square feet at Parc North Bldg 1, 2600 E Loop 820 in Fort Worth. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Seth Koschak, Blake Kendrick and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners, LP – Fort Worth.

Texas Meter & Device Co LLC has leased 20,000 square feet at 901-941 Avenue N in Grand Prairie. The tenant was represented by Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services – GSW. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Michael Stanzel, SIOR and Patrick Embry of NAI Robert Lynn.

Formica Corporation has leased 13,872 square feet at Prologis GSW 6, 2501-2525 109th St in Grand Prairie. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Michael Spain and Clint Manning of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services – GSW Office, as well as Jacob Milligan of Prologis.

Allan Store Fixtures has leased 13,568 square feet at 2771 S Great Southwest Pkwy in Grand Prairie. Representing the landlord in the transaction was David Dunn, SIOR, CCIM and Dan Morris of SVN Commercial Realty – Dunn Commercial.

MOE has leased 8,175 square feet at Parc North Bldg 2, 2601 Northern Cross Blvd in Fort Worth. The tenant was represented by Mac D Morse of Citadel Partners. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Seth Koschak, Blake Kendrick and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners LP – Fort Worth.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage NRT has leased 4,980 square feet at Parkside Office Park, 3910 W I-20 in Arlington. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Eric English of English Realty – Arlington.

Mokmas Autos has leased 3,212 square feet at Colorado Park Bldg H, 1105 Colorado Ln in Arlington. Representing the landlord in the transaction was William Ziegler of American Synergy Management.

McAnalley Services has leased 2,553 square feet at Copeland Tower, 1250 E Copeland Rd in Arlington. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Erik Blais, Richmond Collinsworth and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services – Fort Worth.

The Greater Works Network has leased 2,125 square feet at 7700 Camp Bowie W in Fort Worth. The tenant was represented by Monika Guzman of Structure Commercial. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Scott Lowe of Vision Commercial Real Estate.

Apartment Services Management Group has leased 1,999 square feet at Copeland Tower, 1250 E Copeland Rd in Arlington. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Erik Blais, Richmond Collinsworth and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services – Fort Worth.

New York Pizza and Pasta has leased 1,823 square feet at Old Main Street, 106-280 N Main St in Grapevine. Representing the tenant and the landlord in the transaction was Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial.

Dian Clough West Dance has leased 1,800 square feet at Westcliff Center, 3511 S Hills Ave in Fort Worth,. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Scott Rodgers and William Bonner of DuWest Realty.

Mam’Zelle has leased 1,641 square feet at Westcliff Center, 3511 S Hills Ave in Fort Worth. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Scott Rodgers and William Bonner of DuWest Realty.

Taco Bueno Restaurants L.P. has signed two separate ground leases and opened restaurants in Fort Worth and Crossroads. The 2,800 square-foot Fort Worth restaurant, located at Presidio Towne Crossing, a Super Target-anchored shopping center at the northwest quadrant of Interstate 35W and N. Tarrant Parkway, opened in October. The 3,181 square-foot Crossroads restaurant, located at 11301 E. U.S. Highway 380 across the street from Walmart Supercenter, opened in September.

Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn with Venture Commercial represented Taco Bueno in lease negotiations for both restaurants. Scott Rodgers with DuWest Realty LLC represented the landlord, Weber Vista LP, for the Presidio Towne Crossing deal. Jimmy Stone with Leon Capital Group represented the Crossroads landlord, LG 380 Naylor Cross Roads LLC.

Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in the acquisition of a 2,248 square-foot building on a 0.5-acre pad site located at 423 E. Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie. Daniel Herrold with Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, SCF RC Funding 1 LLC. Dunkin Donuts opened at the site in August 2017.

Dunkin Donuts also signed a ground lease on a .5-acre pad site to build a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins restaurant at 5801 Office Park Drive in Arlington. Venture Commercial’s Chris Corbin represented Dunkin Donuts in lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Jake Milner with Davidson and Bogel Real Estate. The restaurant is expected to open in spring 2018.
