Men’s Wearhouse has leased 5,500 square feet; Shepler’s Western Wear, 18,000 square feet; and Sleep Experts, 4,500 square feet, each signing 10-year leases with plans to open in September. America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, each with 3,122 square feet, have signed five-year deals with plans to open in early 2015.

The new tenants join other previously announced businesses, including Razoos Cajun Kitchen and Pie Five, which recently opened, as well Cold Stone Creamery, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Haverty’s and Lane Bryant, all opening this year.

“Alliance Town Center has seen tremendous growth, and I firmly believe it will continue to do so,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi in a news release.

“We are extremely pleased with the continued momentum and sales performance of the center and proud to see it become a dominant regional shopping destination,” Montesi said.
