Simon, in partnership with Cassco Development Co., has announced several new offerings at The Shops at Clearfork.
The luxury retail development on the city’s southwest side is adding a Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, The Bar Method, a health and fitness concept; and Sugarboo & Co., a gift shop.
The three join previously announced retailers Boardroom Salon for Men, Batchendorf’s, Ylang 23, UNTUCKit and Amerisleep.

The Bar Method workout creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscles.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria serves award-winning, hand-tossed, coal-fired brick oven pizzas, calzones and house made salads and desserts. With Frank Sinatra crooning in the background and the tantalizing aromas of over 100 years of pizza-making tradition in the air, Grimaldi’s combines classic pizzeria charm with a modern, stylish, loft-like atmosphere. Grimaldi’s also offers an extensive selection of local craft beers and wines.

Sugarboo & Co. offers something for everyone, from unique and whimsy signs and art prints to beautiful photo boxes and fames that make the perfect gift for a wedding, baby shower or birthday. All items are handmade in Georgia by artist Rebecca Puig, who started the company in 2005 as a wholesaler of gift items and opened her first store about five years ago. Sugarboo’s name comes from a nickname for her children.

Boardroom Salon for Men combines the community and nostalgia of an old-time barbershop, outstanding client service and professionalism, and a 1920s country club environment to create a masculine environment where men can unwind and confidently enjoy the highest quality haircut, shave, or spa service in town. Like a sophisticated men’s club, the Boardroom sends you back to an earlier, elegant era with its dark wood paneling, plush leather chairs, pool table, chessboard, complimentary beverage, and great vibes.
