Social House has leased 5,045 square feet at 2801-2873 W Seventh St. in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. This is the site, at 840 W. Currie St., formerly the Brownstone restaurant. Representing the landlord in the transaction was Mike Geisler, Don Miller, and Easley Waggoner of Venture Commercial – DFW.
According to a Social House spokeswoman, the Fort Worth location expects to open in the middle of November. Social House has two locations currently, one in Dallas and one in Addison and offers 100 beers on draft. Â
