Sports nutrition drink company expands Fort Worth industrial space

Global sports nutrition and performance beverage company Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc., makers of the popular Bang Energy products, will add an additional 217,537 square feet to their logistical footprint in Fort Worth, JLL announced Dec. 10. The firm negotiated a new industrial lease at Everman Trade Center Building A, located at 160 W Everman Freeway, on their behalf.

JLL’s Jamie Galati and Sky Groden represented Vital Pharmaceuticals in the lease negotiation. Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton represented the landlord, Everman Trade Center L.P.

“Their incredible growth and continued expansion in this region have been remarkable,” said Galati. “This shows that their strategy to grow in the dynamic DFW market and specifically the resurging South Fort Worth submarket is succeeding exceptionally well. We are excited to play a part in their growth here in Fort Worth.”

This new industrial lease neighbors the company’s initial 38,463-square-foot logistics center located within Building B.

According to JLL Research, the industrial market in North Texas remains strong with demand driven by population and economic growth, at both the regional and national levels, positioning the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market among the most active in the US. Even as demand continues to keep pace with unprecedented supply, mostly speculative, vacancy levels have remained relatively flat. Over 15.9 million square feet of new industrial product were delivered through Q3 2019 and an additional 25.3 million square feet are currently under construction.
