Sub Zero Ice Cream leases Hurst space

🕐 0 min read

Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt has leased 2,335 square feet of retail space in Hurst for its first Dallas-Fort Worth location.

Shoppers can get the scoop at Hurst Plaza, 9986 Grapevine Highway, when the store opens in early August.

Representing Sub Zero in the transaction was Jack Dawson of The Weitzman Group.

Sub Zero uses a patented process allowing customers to choose flavors and add-ins as the ice cream is being made, cup by cup, using liquid nitrogen. Sub Zero bills itself as the only ice cream store using liquid nitrogen to hand mix each order.
