Sundance Square adding new retailer as spaces fill up

Yours Truly, a 4,200-square-foot retail store will open this fall at 400 Houston St. in downtown Fort Worth, officials at Sundance Square announced today.

Yours Truly, is owned by Tammy and Rock Pistillo who have two stores in Granbury, will feature several recognizable brands not currently found in downtown Fort Worth.

“Tammy and Rock Pistillo are the proprietors of two successful retail stores in Granbury and are now bringing their retail and merchandising expertise to Sundance Square,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. “With the addition of Yours Truly, we are enjoying a very high occupancy in our current retail space within Sundance Square. The Sundance lineup of retailers offers a well-rounded shopping experience in a beautiful, safe and walkable environment.”

The Pistillo’s have had success with their two stores in Granbury; Destiny and Spellbound. Yours Truly will take the best of both stores and will introduce sustainable bamboo clothing and bedding from FacePlant Dreams; bath and body products from Farmhouse Fresh of McKinney; Crabtree and Evelyn of London; skincare/makeup by Jane Iredale; Waxing Poetic Jewelry; footwear by Alegria and Fly London; gifts and home decor from Mud Pie; handbags and accessories from Spartina 449 and Vendula of London; as well as fashion from Dolce Cabo, Yest, Colletta, and Up Pants of Montreal.

Since the beginning of the year, Sundance Square has opened several new retailers and restaurants, including Francesca’s, Parts Unknown, Istanbul, and Waters. Visitors to Sundance Square were up more than 30 percent in 2016 over the same period in 2015, according to Sundance Square officials. Shopping, entertainment, and restaurant sales also were up in 2016.

In addition to national retailers such as White House Black Market, LOFT, Sunglass Hut, Jos A Bank, and H&M, Sundance Square has attracted unique stores like Houston Street Toy Company, Overland Sheepskin Company, and Coyote Urban Boutique.
