With the new Tanger Factory Outlets Center expected to create over 900 full and part-time jobs
the company announced Tuesday, Aug. 22 it will host a job fair on Thursday, Sept. 7.
“We are pleased to bring a positive economic impact to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex,” said Steven B. Tanger, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. CEO, in a news release.
“Being a good corporate citizen and a responsible member of a community is a critical part of Tanger’s success, and we are excited to be able to bring over 900 full- and part-time jobs and career opportunities to the area,” Tanger said.
The Fort Worth location is on-schedule to open late October and Tanger Outlets will need all the jobs filled before the grand opening.
The job fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Texas Motor Speedway Speedway Club and will feature more than 75 brands looking for employees. Interested applicants are encouraged to come early and bring multiple copies of their resume.
Some of the retailers coming to the new center include H&M, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Children’s Place, Nike, Levi’s, Banana Republic, Express, Guess and Restoration Hardware.
