Texas Family Fitness opening in Fort Worth, Bedford

Texas Family Fitness

NAI Robert Lynn’s Retail Division recently represented Texas Family Fitness with leasing shopping center spaces in north Fort Worth and Bedford. With the expansion, Texas Family Fitness will bring its family-friendly, value-fitness to Tarrant County with plans for additional locations in the future. President of the NAI Robert Lynn’s Dallas Retail Division, Dan Avnery, represented the tenant in both transactions.

Texas Family Fitness is active in its growth strategy. With the recent expansion to Tarrant County, the company has nine locations across the DFW Metroplex and is looking for more locations to grow the brand. The north Fort Worth location opened its doors earlier this month in a 21,000 square-foot retail space in the Sam Moon Center, located at 9120 N Fwy #200. The company is celebrating the opening of the Fort Worth location with a grand opening celebration on June 10. The 20,700 square-foot Bedford health club will open later this summer at Cimarron Plaza, 1320 Airport Fwy #A although members can join now and start their workouts in temporary space adjacent to the gym during the construction of the permanent gym.

“I can’t think of a better time to expand and bring our value-fitness to Tarrant County,” said Aaron Watkins, CEO of Texas Family Fitness. “We have the best workout floors available with a healthy atmosphere that the whole family can afford, and I think both communities will be excited about our new clubs.”

Representing the landlord in the transaction was Brandon Trimble and Andrew Sudderth of The Retail Connection.
