Collective Outdoors

The Collective Outdoors will officially open its doors Aug. 11 in a grand opening at 621 South Freeway in Fort Worth. The store bills itself as “a turnkey solution for all things backyard, including hardscaping, landscaping, pools, patio design, outdoor cooking, arbors, pergolas, and more.”

Founded by Dale Jackson of Blooms Landcare and Dustin Hillman of Panther City Arbor, The Collective Outdoor brings together Fort Worth artisans under one roof for the first time.

“We have designers on site ready to make your backyard dreams come true,” Jackson said in a news release.

“You can come in with a completely blank canvas and we can handle everything for your yard. Nothing else like this place exists,” Hillman said.

“We’re the most high-tech guys who play in dirt all day that you’ll ever meet,” Jackson said in the release.

In addition to a virtual reality machine, other high-tech items include Wi-Fi grills that alert cooks when the food is ready, Bluetooth fire pits that dance to music via soundwaves and irrigation systems that reduce homeowners’ water bills.
