Cassco Development Co. Inc. has added three new tenants to its Clearfork office project at 5600 Clearfork Main.
Clearfork Wealth Management, Stewart Title and Superior Silica Sands are the latest additions to the project.
Now, 89 percent leased, the Class-A office building, opened in December 2016 with the relocation of medical technologies firm, Smith & Nephew and First United Mortgage Group. Lhoist North America is in the final stages of construction of the second and third floors of the office building and will open Q3 of this year.
The addition of the three new tenants adds a combined 28,180 leased square footage.

Stewart Title Commercial Services Center will relocate its Fort Worth offices to 5600 Clearfork Main, taking 4,220 square feet of space. For over 100 years, Stewart Title has provided commercial and real estate services to Fort Worth and will further enhance their dedication to service at its new location.
The major sand and gravel supplier for every major energy basin in North America, Superior Silica Sands, a sand and gravel supplier for the energy industry, will relocate its corporate headquarters to Clearfork taking 18,000 square feet.

Totaling 180,000 square feet, the riverside campus features six-stories of premium office space situated in a park-like setting on 7.5 acres between the Trinity Trails and Chisholm Trail Parkway. Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, tenants have expansive views of the Trinity River and the surrounding preserved tree canopy. The building features surface parking, along with a three-story parking garage.
Plans of expansion for a second building, next door to 5600 Clearfork Main, are underway and are expected to add 180,000 square feet of leasable space, according to a Cassco news release.
