Trademark Property Co. of Fort Worth has been hired to handle management, marketing and accounting for Burr Ridge Village Center, a 232,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the Chicago suburbs.
Trademark, which owns the WestBend development on University Drive and the Waterside development in southwest Fort Worth, begins is Burr Ridge duties in the next 45 days.
