David E. Pratt has joined Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Co. as vice president, mall and lifestyle leasing.
“David has a very strong background in retail leasing at top properties and with key luxury … brands,” said company CEO Terry Montesi in a news release.

“He will bring an added level of expertise to Trademark,” Montesi said
Before joining Trademark, Pratt served 15 years with General Growth Properties, serving as senior director and vice president of leasing since 1999. He also served as leasing director for The RREEF Fund and senior leasing representative for Jones Lang Wooton Realty Advisors.
Trademark owns the WestBend development on University Drive and the Waterside development in southwest Fort Worth.
