Transwestern has added three industry professionals to the firm’s Fort Worth office: Principal Theron Bryant and Associate Casey Tounget in agency leasing and Vice President Brent Landfried in tenant advisory services.

“We’re excited to welcome these talented professionals to our team,” said Leland Prowse, Transwestern Principal. “Their experience, market knowledge and excellent service approach align with our company’s award-winning culture and dedication to excel in delivering value to clients.”

Bryant and Tounget specialize in office landlord representation in Fort Worth, Tarrant County and surrounding markets. Together, they bring more than 28 years of combined North Texas commercial real estate experience and have executed transactions totaling in excess of 5 million square feet. The team joins Transwestern from Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW. Both are graduates of Texas Christian University’s M. J. Neely School of Business.

Landfried focuses on the North Texas industrial market, bringing nine years of commercial brokerage experience to his new position. He joins Transwestern from Mercer Co. in Dallas, where he served as Market Director and led the firm’s expansion into the Fort Worth industrial market. Landfried began his commercial brokerage career in 2008 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, before moving to North Texas in 2012. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
