Dallas-based Turnkey Project Services is moving into a new mixed-use industrial space in Centerport, JLL announced on Sept. 5. The firm successfully negotiated a new 85,000 square-foot industrial lease at CentrePort VII, located at 14301 FAA Boulevard in Fort Worth, on behalf of the family-owned, corporate office furniture and project management company.
JLL Vice President Chris Stout and Senior Associate Caleb McCoy represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Collins represented the landlord, CentrePort 7TX LLC.
“DFW’s overall commercial real estate market is humming along with no signs of slowing,” said Stout. “Turnkey was seeking a prominent location that accommodated future growth, offered cutting-edge amenities and a refreshed office layout, while putting them in a great place to better serve growing client demand.”
Industrial product is high demand in the Great Southwest/Arlington industrial submarket where Turnkey’s new facility is located. According to JLL Research, through Q2 2018, nearly half of Dallas-Fort Worth’s total absorption, 4.82 million square feet, has taken place here (2.02 million square feet).
