Dallas-based Venture Commercial’s team is working with the owners Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar make their North Texas market debut with restaurants in The Colony and Fort Worth, which will serve the restaurant’s Regional American menu.
“We’re excited to announce our first two locations in Texas, and can’t wait to bring our Regional American menu to our new friends and neighbors in Texas,” said Trevor Blackwell, vice president of Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar and New Development lead, in a news release.
“I think we’re a perfect fit for Dallas/Fort Worth and feel the vision of the entire Grandscape center is amazing,” he continued. “We’re so pleased to be a part of this first-class project.”
Venture Commercial is a full-service retail brokerage company. Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar is a Spokane, Washington-based concept with locations in Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington — and now North Texas. Bryan Cornelius, Larry Leon and Albert Hernandez represented Twigs in the negotiation of both leases.
The 7,500-square-foot The Colony restaurant will be located on State Highway 121 at Grandscape. The location has a planned opening date of early 2019. Steve Graham with Stellar Development represented the landlord.
The 7,068-square-foot Fort Worth restaurant will be located at the corner of Trailhead Bend Way and Marathon Avenue in The Shops at Clearfork. The location has a planned opening date of prior to the end of 2017. Richey Neeson with Simon Property Group represented the landlord.
