Vision Commercial Real Estate will now be representing Globe Life Park, former home of the Texas Rangers, for the leasing of the park’s center field office tower and new street level retail spaces.
Vision Commercial Director Trenton Price, along with agents Zach Boatwright and Cameron Haddad, in conjunction with Jamie Adams of Compass Real Estate, will be leading the representation of the 4-story center field office complex as well as the first-floor retail. The office space allows for multiple configurations with office suites ranging from 765 to over 15,000 square feet of space, many with city views or balcony views of the field. The available street level retail suites will serve as a complement to the increasing foot traffic generated by Texas Live! sporting and concert events as well as the new Live! by Loews Hotel.
Globe Life Park will host the XFL team the Dallas Renegades and the North Texas Soccer Club in 2020. The transformation of this iconic space as a mixed-use development and sports arena will increase the draw to Arlington’s premier entertainment district. Tenants of the office and retail space will have exclusive access to park events as well as other exclusive benefits and amenities.
