WestBend 2 has reached completion, with Trademark Property Co. announcing the 57,000-square-foot office building’s addition to the WestBend development in Fort Worth.

Located at 1701 River Road Road along the eastern edge of University Drive, the three-story structure boasts proximity to trendy storefronts, restaurants, the Trinity River and Trinity Trail.

“WestBend 2 is ideally located in one of the most desirable areas in Fort Worth and offers tenants walkability to an unparalleled amenity base in one of the hottest areas in the city,” said Terry Montesi, Trademark CEO, commenting in a news release.

Not only does the building sit atop the newly opened Fresh Market gourmet grocer and stand among several retailers and restaurants, but it’s also just east of University Park Village.
