W. G. Yates & Sons Construction Company has added to its North Texas team with addition of Eric Goodwin as director of business development and Chip Natsis as preconstruction manager/chief estimator.

As director of business development, Goodwin brings 20-years of experience to Yates and is responsible for management of all strategic and operational marketing and client relationship activities, developing the companies’ brand and increasing market awareness, fostering new trade partner relationships, and identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Chip Natsis, preconstruction manager/chief estimator, brings more than 30-years of experience to Yates and will lead preconstruction and estimating projects, assist in establishing and maintaining project budgets, work closely with the operations team in providing constructability studies and cost reviews.
Natsis brings a vast knowledge of healthcare, office, industrial, institutional, hospitality, multifamily and renewable energy projects. He graduated from Texas A&M University College Station, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 1987.
Locally, Yates Construction is a member of Downtown Fort Worth Inc., Near Southside Inc., the Real Estate Council of Fort Worth, the American Subcontractors Association – North Texas, Association of General Contractors (AGC) and Construction Management Association of America – North Texas Chapter (CMAA North Texas).
