Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group names new brand president

Southlake based Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group announced Brandon Coleman III, former chief marketing officer, has been named brand president of Del Frisco’s Grille, effective Sept. 1.

A company news release stated that Sarah McAloon, who served as brand president since April, is no longer affiliated with the company.

The chief marketing officer role has been eliminated, and all marketing activities for each concept will now be led by the company’s three brand presidents, the release says.

“Brandon has significant industry experience and knowledge and has already proven himself as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader who can positively impact our company,” said Norman J. Abdallah, CEO of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. “He was instrumental in spearheading the consumer research project we completed earlier this year at Del Frisco’s Grille and is ideally suited to lead the brand in implementing the strategic actions that leverage these findings.”

Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group has 53 restaurants across 23 states and Washington, D.C. including Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House, Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Del Frisco’s Grille.
