Denver-based restaurant Snooze plans to perk up Fort Worth breakfast scene

Denver-based restaurant Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, plans to open in Fort Worth’s Left Bank development in 2018.

As the name implies, Snooze is aimed at the breakfast/brunch crowd and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Snooze3 has signature dishes including: Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes; Breakfast Pot Pie; and Chile Verde Benny with green chili-sauced tortillas and melted cheese with a choice of slow cooked pulled pork or barbacoa-style beef, topped with poached cage-free eggs, green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. The restaurant also offers a selection of morning cocktails including Bloody Mary’s like the Boss Hog made with bacon-infused Cyrus Noble Bourbon and house bloody mix and coffee cocktails.

Snooze offers a selection of juices, teas, hot chocolate and delicious coffee options using their Snooze House Blend. A collaboration with partner coffee growers and roasters, Caroline and Eduardo Godoy of Godoy’s Coffee, the Snooze House Blend stays true to Snooze’s value of producing exceptional coffee in an environmentally sustainable way. This past Earth Day, Snooze planted 1,100 trees – one for every employed Snoozer – at Godoy’s Coffee farm to help with Guatemala’s reforestation process.

“We have been overwhelmed by the welcoming from the Dallas community and are excited to bring the Snooze experience to three new communities in 2018,” says Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s CEO David Birzon. “We look forward to joining and giving back to the Addison, Walnut Hill and Left Bank communities, and local organizations that make each neighborhood thrive.”

Additional locations are planned for Addisonat 5100 Belt Line Road and in Dallas at Walnut Hill Lane & Glen Lakes Drive. The address in Fort Worth is 2150 West 7th St.

Founded in Denver, Colorado, in April 2006, Snooze seeks to evolve the A.M. dining experience through culinary innovation, an eclectic and energetic atmosphere and friendly service, according to a news release. Snooze has locations in Colorado, California, Arizona and Texas locations including Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
