Two Fort Worth companies are teaming up for a celebration of beer.
Dickies has teamed up with Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. to host an interactive exhibit at the annual Great American Beer Festival from Oct. 5-7. This will be the second year the companies will co-exhibit at the show.
The Great American Beer Festival brings together breweries and the companies that support it to celebrate the latest in brewing. According to a news release, attendees visiting Booth #39 will be “treated to 600 square-feet of Texas pride.”
“The brewing scene is full of workers dedicated to building a foundational community that thrives on passion and hard work,” said Brent Streit, VP of Marketing at Dickies, in the release. “Dickies, along with partners like Rahr & Sons, is dedicated to bringing that sense of community and passion to brewers at the festival and showing the value of hard work and the skills needed to craft something by hand.”
Rahr & Sons and Dickies will be at The Great American Beer Festival beginning Thursday, Oct. 5 until Saturday, Oct. 7 at Booth #39.
“We are proud to join forces with Dickies once again at one of the beer industry’s top festivals and competitions,” said Fritz Rahr, owner of Rahr & Sons, in the release. “Like Dickies, we applaud our fellow brewers for their skill and passion. Rahr & Sons knows first-hand just how hard brewers work to craft great beer.”
Attendees can enjoy the experience of playing a game of coin toss to win a classic Dickies Work Shirt decorated with a unique patch, or a cool bottle opener if they can’t quite beat the game. Rahr & Sons will feature 10 of their beers on tap in the booth. The booth will also feature a vintage-style barbershop, offering free beard trims.
